Power and Display Issues
No display when switching on
Cause. No power to the plug.
Solution. Check power and plug connection. Restart the device after checking the power.
No IP address displayed
Cause: Network issue, software update failure, or SD card malfunction.
Solution: Check/change the NET cable. Ensure the DAS is connected to the network and both the DAS and PC are powered on. Reboot the device. If the issue persists, refer to our IP troubleshooting guide🔗.
Data Connection and Backup Issues
Automatic copy of reports to backup server failed
Cause: Data connection disconnected.
Solution: Check network connection. Verify that the “Enable Backup” option is selected in the Setup menu.
Overview and database not showing data from other devices
Cause: Line break or network issue.
Solution: Ensure device is powered on and connected to the network. Check/change the NET LAN cable and ensure the router is correctly connected and powered.

Failing Bar Code Reading
Cause: Incorrect plate angle or dirty window.
Solution: Adjust the plate’s tilt angle. Clean the barcode window using water only.
