- Recommended scanner: Epson Perfection V600. Contact your local DSM Food Specialties representative for the possibility of using other scanners.
- The recommended EPSON DRIVER must be installed prior connection scanner to computer.
If this program is to be used by more than one person on the same PC, it is recommended to install the software under a common account that can be used by the users, otherwise re-calibration is required every month for every user.

The image acquisition in Delvo®Scan is carried out with Epson Perfection V600 (or equivalent recommended by DSM) desktop scanner. The recommended model has proven to be fast and reliable scanner, suitable for color measurements. To obtain accurate measurement results it is important to create a consistent operating environment for the scanner.
