Delvo®Scan software and drivers installation

This article will guide you on how to successfully install the Delvo®Scan software in your device. The following steps will be described: 

• Driver selection and installation 
• Delvo®scan app installation 
• Pair Delvo®scan with app 

Twain drivers installation 

Your EPSON V600 requires WIA driver that support TWAIN to correctly work with your device.  The driver required for Delvo®Scan is a TWAIN driver. The TWAIN drivers can be downloaded online via the EPSON webpage. We recommend installing the TWAIN driver under MAC pages (2022 July 1st), even if you work with windows because this file contains the correct configuration of drivers.  

• Do not plug in your Scanner yet
• Head to this link : TWAIN DRIVERS BY EPSON (https://epson.com/Support/Scanners/Perfection-Series/Epson-Perfection-V600-Photo/s/SPT_B11B198011?review-filter=Mac+OS+X+10.9.x
• Download and run the exe.file in your laptop

• An alternative way to get the drivers is by using the CD that is supplied together with your scanner in its box. 

 Delvo®Scan app installation  

Once the TWAIN driver is downloaded, the next step is to install the Delvo®scan app in your system. Follow the steps and the order as described below:

1. Download the application file shared with you by the Delvotest® team. 
2. Run the .exe file to install it into your computer. 
3. Without connecting the Scanner, Open the Delvo®Scan software provided by DSM. 

Select ‘File’ -->  ‘Select Source’ and choose the installed drivers as below:

 3. Connect the EPSON V600 scanner to the computer via USB.

 After the 'EPSON V600  driver' installation, it is recommended to create a shortcut on your computer desktop or a shared 'folder' containing the following: 

•  Delvo®Scan software for plate and for ampoules, both version 5.08
• Data file calibration reference color card

If a 'specific' user location/folder is selected ‘all’ users must calibrate.
