FILES 3 // What type of data files are stored in the DAS?

Data storage & Files

All data of the DAS are stored on its own SD-card and server functionality is provided to reach the data. The content of the SD-card is encrypted and files should not be removed, deleted or added in the card. In the DAS root folder, the following files and folders should be visible:

  •  Calibration

This folder contains data related to the calibrations. Each calibration run has its own folder in the ā€œCalibrationsā€ folder.

  • LayoutDefinition

This folder can contain the csv-files, which define the layout of a plate (see 'How to create a (default) layout definition?'

  • Images

This folder can contain images, but it is in general not used by the user.

  • Tests

This folder will contain all incubation measurements. Each incubation run has its own folder. The name of the folder is defined in the report file and in the database.

  • inhibitorMethods.csv

This file contains the methods, which are used to stop an incubation run and to analyze the results (see section 4).

  • operators.txt

This file contains the operators names (see section 6.3).

  • logging.txt

This file will contain debug information of the performance of the DAS.

  • version_xyz.tar.bz2
