What are the steps for returning a device under warranty?


  1. Submit a complaint explaining the malfunction of the Device stating the device serial number on the back panel of the device. Example picture below. 
  2. Share Supporting files via the flowbot/ complaint form route in the website.
  3. Your request will be assessed by a DSM-firmenich representative.  Once the request is approved the replacement flow will be initiated. 
  4. For devices within warranty, a replacement device will be delivered to your location. 
  5. Prepare the faulty device. Place back the DAS into the initial packaging with all accessories. 
  6. Write the Repair number* on the outer box (provided by the commercial assistant)
  7. Ship the device into the following address:

6. Share the track and trace code with the commercial assistant or DSM-Firmenich representative.
