- Submit a complaint explaining the malfunction of the Device stating the device serial number on the back panel of the device. Example picture below.
- Share Supporting files via the flowbot/ complaint form route in the website.
- Your request will be assessed by a DSM-firmenich representative. Once the request is approved the replacement flow will be initiated.
- For devices within warranty, a replacement device will be delivered to your location.
- Prepare the faulty device. Place back the DAS into the initial packaging with all accessories.
- Write the Repair number* on the outer box (provided by the commercial assistant)
- Ship the device into the following address:
