RESULTS ADV 1. // What information does the results csv-file contain?

The Test Report file is a comma separate value file (csv-file) with as filename the following format:

“Devicename_Batchnr_PlateNr_DateTime_DA3_Results.csv”. By default, the values are delimited by “;” character, but it can be adjusted in the Settings page (see section 6.4). The csv-report file contains the following sections:

• Header

• Results

• Method and warnings

• Temperature measurements

Detailed explanation per section:

Header

The first two lines of the csv-report file are the header. The first line contains the field names and the second

line contains the values. Table 1 defines all fields of the header of the report.

Table 1 Fields of the header of the incubation run report

Results

This section contains the results of the incubation run and it has four columns:

• Position, which defines the ID of the cup (e.g. E06)

• Z-value, which is the measured Z-value at the end of the incubation run

• Result, which is the classification result based on the measured Z-value (see section 4). The following classes have been defined:

    • NEG: negative test result
    • POS: positive test result
    • UND: undefined or doubtful test result
    • NA: not active
    • FST: too fast change of color
    • INV: incorrect color of cup has been detected

• Description, which contains the description of the cup (defined by the layout definition). If a cup is positive or negative reference, the label [POS] or [NEG] is added.

Method and warnings

The report contains all parameters of the used method. Information about these parameters can be found in chapter 4. In case deviations are reported during the incubation, the respective warnings are report individually at the end of this section.

Temperature

The measured temperature is stored in the report. It is expected behavior that the measured temperature is slightly lower at the beginning of the incubation run.
