If you are having issues with your Delvotest® Accelerator Smart (DAS) and you can not find solutions in our Help Centre, the best thing to do is to get in touch with us. To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, when you reach out to us we ask you to include certain details:
- Your DAS's serial number (located)
- Other things?
- Depending on your issue, certain files which you can access from your DAS's interface.
File extraction for troubleshooting
For software related issues, files might be requested by a DSM representative to proceed with an investigation.
Login as Administrator and follow the procedure below for each file type:
• Multiple “Tests” and “Calibration” files can be downloaded via the procedure described in section "How can I access stored data in the DAS?"
• The “logging.txt” can be downloaded from the Files tab as shown in Figure below
• To locate the “history.csv” file, navigate through the Tests folder, scroll down to the end of the page and follow the steps described in Figure below
- Download the respective test runs via Files page
When logged in as “Administrator” the Files page appears on the top of the screen. In this page, it is possible to see the files stored on the SD-card as shown in the Figure below.
Click on 'Tests' to view previous incubation results.
It is possible to browse through the folders by clicking on a folder. The path is shown at the top of the window and this path is shortcut to “higher” directories.
When a file is selected, it can be shown in the browser (pdf file, jpg-file, txt-file) or downloaded. For details refer to: "What formats are available for data export?"
Multiple files can be selected by checking the “Select” box on the upper left side
- For issues with Calibration -Click on 'Calibrations' to view previous Calibration results.
Calibrations files can be downloaded with the same procedure described above by navigating into the 'Calibrations' folder. The calibrations folder contains many files. Download only the latest calibration Folders, or those that show the problem.
