Each DAS device is configured at production with a standard Device Name. This original device name is always reflected on the silver sticker located on the back of your DAS device and has the format ‘DAS-XXXX’, where XXXX is a 4-digit number, as shown in the example below.
This is a unique name that adheres to the DAS name Special Characters requirements🔗. You will be asked to share this number in case of support or when troubleshooting with an expert in our Delvotest® team.
