🧩 Localising Date and Time, and Language

In this article, we will guide you through localising your Delvotest® Accelerator Smart (DAS) system by setting the correct date, time, and language preferences. Proper localisation ensures that your DAS(es) operate accurately and in a user-friendly way for all operators in your laboratory. For all these steps, you will first need to make sure you are signed in as the administrator🔗.

Changing Date and Time

Setting the correct date and time on your DAS is crucial for accurate record-keeping and compliance with laboratory standards, as, for example, this defines the date and time values included in your results. As the DAS does not communicate with the internet or your local network/computer to automatically synchronise date and time values, this action must be done manually. To do this, just follow these steps:

Date and Time // Step 1
In the top-right corner, click on the Setup tab, then scroll down to the Change Date and Time section. Here you should be able to see the Current Date and Time and New Date Time parameters, and the Save Date and Time button.

To update the date and time, you will need to follow the exact format outlined on the right of the New Date Time input field:

yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:SS

Where, for example, if the current date and time would be 7pm and 30 seconds on 7 July 2024, the input should be:
2024-07-07 19:00:30 


Date and Time // Step 3
Once you've manually inputted the current date and time, simply click on the Set Date and Time button. The page should then refresh immediately with the new date and time updated accordingly.

Changing Language

While the DAS interface supports several languages, not all text is fully or thoroughly translated. We are committed to improving this and enhancing overall accessibility.   • English (default)
  • Spanish
  • French
  • Portuguese
  • German
  • Korean
  • Chinese
  • Italian
  • Russian
  • Polish


To change the language, just follow these steps:

Language // Step 1
In the top-right corner, click on the Setup tab, then scroll down to the Device Settings section. Here you should be able to see several parameters—the most important this process are the Language parameter and dropdown menu, and the Update button.

Language // Step 2
In the Language parameter's dropdown menu, select the desired language and then click on the Update button. Once you've done that, the page should refresh immediately, with critical operator-facing text now translated to your language of choice.
