Warnings are presented in the DAS results report to inform the operator about potential deviations of the test run from the executed incubation method. Here is a list of the most common warnings that can be encountered:
- Incubation time is larger than absolute maximum time
- Incubation time is larger than expected maximum time
- Incubation time is smaller than expected minimum time
- Test has not been ended due to the coloring of cups
- Entire plate has been selected, but unused blocks have been detected.
- Partial plate used and invalid selection has been detected
- Invalid color of cups has been selected
The warnings listed above are directly linked either to the parameters used in the test method or to the placement of the block on the grid.
When a warning appears related to the incubation time or coloring of the cups, check that the incubation method used is suitable for the type of sample matrix that you test. Read more about the method settings๐ and how to setup an Application Protocol by following these Help Centre series of articles๐
When the warnings indicate a mismatch between the layout and grid selection, ensure that you are placing correctly the block or plate on the heating grid ( โ Incubation with blocks - Delvotest - Help Center๐).
