// Device Name >> Talk about serial number, link to article on label on the back of the DAS explaining it (needs to be created)

Off-the-shelf, every DAS is configured with a standard Device Name value that adheres to its Special Characters requirements🔗, and a delimiter-concatenated format as follows:

DAS_[Serial Number]

DAS
Simply the text 'DAS', representing the standard acronym for 'Delvotest® Accelerator Smart'.

-
Single hyphen ('-') delimiter.

Serial Number
// 1112

From the browser page Click on the header “Sign in” and sign in under “Administrator” and provide the password. The page will be refreshed, with more options. Click on the header “Setup”.

This section describes all parameters and functionality of the Setup page. The Setup page is divided in the same sections as this chapter. To use (and save) a new value, it is required to press the button “Update” at the end of the section.

  • Device Name
  • Name of the DAS, which will be used (in reports and the browser) to identify the DAS. Allowed are only the following characters:

0123456789 ACDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz Dash - and Underscore _

Give the DAS a unique name. Afterwards press on the button “Update”. It is advised to create a browser shortcut with the given name of the DAS.

  • Language

Language of the user-interface (in browser) and of the display of the DAS. Note: user-interface Setup and Files page are only in English.

  • CSV delimiter

The report file is a comma-separate values file. This character is used as delimiter to separate the values. Note: the character used as delimiter cannot be used in the input fields (comments, operator name, ...). In case of use it will be replaced by a space.

  • Report order first columns

This parameter defines how the values in the report file are ordered.

  • Default layout definition

This file will be used as default plate layout for an incubation run. The file must be stored in Layout Definitionfolder (see section 5.3). See section 3.2 for information if the usage of a default layout definition fits in your process.

  • Use predefined layout

If set, a unique layout definition file (in the layout definition folder) is expected, which defines the layout of the plate. See option 5 of section 3.2 if the usage of a predefined layout fits in your process.

  • Nr days warning calibration valid

A warning appears when calibration has not been done for this number of days. An incubation run can be still performed.

  • Nr days Calibration valid

Calibration must be done before running an incubation if it has not been done for these many days.

  • Tests deleted after Nr days

Tests will be removed automatically from the device after these many days. The allowed number must be between 30 and 365 days.

  • Relative exposure time

It changes the images characteristics (1 is the default value).

  • Color calibration Card

The parameter “Color card ID” defines the serial number of the color card definition file (see also "What is the process to calibrate the DAS?"). With the button “Choose file” and “Upload file”, a new color card definition file can be uploaded.

  • Operators

The operators allowed to run incubations are saved into the file “operators.txt”. Section 6.3 defines how to view and upload the file.

  •  Backup

Incubation run reports and calibration reports can be automatically copied to a network-folder (on a sambaserver). Section 5.3.1 defines this functionality. This section defines the required login credentials and location of the folder. To use the backup functionality, the checkbox “Enable backup” needs to be set and these settings needs to be saved (by pressing on the “Save backup settings” button). To save new login credentials or location, the connection needs to be tested first.

  • Unlock files

DAS generated files needs to be unlocked for deletion. Section 6.2 describes how files can be deleted.

  • Change Date and Time

The date and time of the DAS can be adjusted by setting a new date and time in the format (yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:SS).

  • Software version

The software version in use is shown. Section 6.1 defines how software of the DAS can be upgraded.

  • Update other devices

Section 6.1.2 defines how the software can be upgraded from one device to multiple devices. In the same way is possible to upgrade multiple devices for the Methods, the Operators Names and the Color Card data. In software version 0.1.99 or higher, the Backup Settings and Default layout Definition are also available in this feature

  • Remove current software

Section 6.1.3 explains how this feature can be used to revert to a previously installed software version. This function should be performed when recommended by a DELVOTEST representative.

  • Restart

Button to Restart the connected DAS (used for remote support).
